Tradition Fine Foods is a market leader in thaw and sell baking technology. Founded in 1982, we are a second generation family-owned business that develops and produces high quality frozen sweet goods including proof-and-bake and freezer-to-oven for: Contract manufacturing, Private Label, Retail, Food Service We are a partner, solutions provider and manufacturer of the highest quality muffins, pastries, cookies, bars, brownies, cupcakes and more. After 30 years, Tradition continues to be family-owned and -managed in Toronto, Canada. As we commemorate this important milestone, we celebrate our growth from a simple 3,000 sq. ft. factory into a dominant player in the bakery products industry. Today, we continually invest in our 105,000 sq ft facility, including updating our equipment with the latest technologies. From Product Development to Engineering to Quality Control, all functions are performed in-house by our highly experienced and dedicated employees.
